The Honeymoon Cabin In Idaho Has Spectacular Mountain Views

The Honeymoon cabin building is an intimate bungalow which makes for the perfect couple’s retreat. The lovely cabin has a private deck that faces the lake, a place you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view. The cabin building features a sitting area that has a queen sleeper sofa, chairs, and a custom stone fireplace. The kitchenette in the cabin has a cooktop stove, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and service for two. The cabin has a king size bed that is open to the fireplace and a sitting room area too. This cabin building has a full bath. Firewood can be found on the path near your cabin building.

The Redfish Lake Lodge, built in 1929 sits on 16 acres of U.S. Forest Service permitted land. The cabin building sits on the north shore of a five-mile-long glacial lake in the lap of the scenic Sawtooth Mountains. Since the construction of the Lodge, it has catered to visitors as they come to enjoy the jewel of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area.

Inside the Honeymoon Cabin, there are plenty of details you can look to for some cabin inspiration. For starters, you will be sure to love all of the log and twig furniture in this rustic log cabin. You’ll find Willow twig furniture on the outdoor patio, a dining table with chairs and a table complimented by logs, and the best log furniture bed in the bedroom. The rustic cabin building has antler chandeliers and a stunning stone fireplace that goes all the way to the roof. The great room has a big comfy leather sofa to enjoy cold nights sitting in front of the majestic stone fireplace while you look out at the natural scenery that surrounds the wood cabin. The location of the Redfish Lake Lodge is some of the best you will find in the country, with stunning mountain views that you will never tire of seeing. Other than just a couple of additions to the Lodge, it has pretty much remained the same as it was back in 1929. In the main Lodge, there is a front desk, Limbert’s, and a rustic lounge all on the main level. The second level has eight motel rooms for guests and some housing for our key employees. On the 16 acre property, you will find 21 historic and modern cabin buildings and 11 motels/suite-style units. There is also a General Store located on the property next to the lodge that offers souvenirs, groceries, camping and fishing supplies, and unique gifts. The marina at Redfish Lake Lodge offers motorized and non-motorized rentals, fuel, lake tours, and a shuttle service for the trail-heads at the far end of the lake. The Lakeside Grill is the perfect place to enjoy some outdoor food and beverages, and it also has a full-service dining room that offers lunch and dinner seven days a week from mid-June to Labor Day, weather permitting.
