The area is quiet and beautiful. The small cottage plan was recently remodeled and is lined with cedar on the inside so it smells great as soon as you walk in. The Gingerbread tiny house is a studio cottage that has a kitchenette with a toaster oven, microwave, counter-top burners, coffee maker, full-sized fridge and spacious bathroom with a large custom-built shower. The Gingerbread tiny house has high cathedral ceilings with a huge window that looks out onto the beautiful lush greenery and lets in the natural light. The tiny house is on a gated property, with recently improved wireless Internet, as well as wireless that is available to you in several other locations on the property.
The Gingerbread tiny house has a queen-sized bed and an outdoor patio underneath a spectacular tree canopy. The tiny house property is on 4.5 acres of lush Maui beauty with a seasonal stream, an organic vegetable start farm, fruit trees to include papaya, lilikoi, banana, oranges, macadamia nuts, coconuts, lemons, and noni. You also have access to an additional 4 acres on the adjacent property which is home of The Sacred Garden, making for a perfect stay.
The owners also have a house on the property that is a vacation rental too, so if you need more space for a larger family gathering you can inquire. This vacation property does have it all, as the owner also does relationship coaching, to include personal and spiritual growth, guided labyrinth walks and work with some of Maui’s best practitioners so you can add that to your list of things to do while there. You can enjoy a massage to intuitive readings. The owner of the small cottage plan also performs weddings so you can get married while you are on Maui. Adjacent to the property is the Sacred Garden which has water lily ponds, two walking labyrinths, meditation gardens, and more. The elevation of the Gingerbread tiny house is about 1000 feet which are perfect on Maui. They are about 10 degrees cooler than sea level which makes for very comfortable days of about 70-80 degrees and great temperatures for sleeping.
