The owners like to keep the vacation property as natural as possible, so they invite you to enjoy the tiny house building and outdoor areas, but they ask that you keep to the roads as much as possible when walking or driving. Also, they ask that guests clean up any trash to help maintain natural beauty. Guests to the tiny house will have access to their tiny house and the entire 75-acre property for walking or having a picnic down by the stream. The vacation property also has a fire pit and wood is provided for fires. There is a propane barbecue grill that is provided and skewers for roasting marshmallows.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy Zions Tiny Oasis and the surrounding areas with the breathtaking 360 views. This area is quite secluded from tourism and the hustle and bustle of Springdale and the park. They do have a small neighborhood nearby, but they are out of view to their guests, and quiet and respectful nonetheless. The tiny house oasis borders the west side of Zion Park, and many great hiking and biking trails are located nearby. As far as services, there is ta restaurant and the Fort Zion gift shop located just 5 minutes away, and the Park which is only 15 minutes from the oasis. Springdale features several shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The best way to get around this area is by car. There is no public transportation out towards the tiny house, but everything is relatively close by car.
