The vacation lodge is built into a hill, with a long sloping driveway, surrounded by nature, perfect for a private relaxing hideaway. If you choose, you can spend your days visiting the local attractions, shopping, or visiting one of the many local restaurants with home-cooked meals, or exploring the countryside. The kitchen in the Mockingbird Hill Lodge is fully functional if you choose to eat in, with a gas grill on the front porch for your grilling ease. You will also find each of the four bedrooms outfitted with high-quality mattresses and bedding to give you some of the best sleep you’ve ever had. There are a full-sized bed and various other cots and mattresses that will let you expand and bring along the whole family. The lodge is a child-friendly vacation rental and welcomes all. The dining room table and the breakfast nook together seat 12 to 14 people.
