You’ll love the great room with its comfy seating and large stone fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day of activity or watching a movie on the flat-screen television. The dining area just off the kitchen has a large dining table that seats up to eight people, a great spot to enjoy a family and friends meal cooked in the cabins large kitchen.
The cabin building is just six miles from shopping and attractions in town yet it is surrounded by the Mt. Hood National Forest. In the summer months, you can hike the local trails or discover the perfect fishing hole. In the winter months, you can shred the slopes at the Cooper Spur Mountain Resort or Mt. Hood Meadows. The rustic wood cabin rental offers conveniences to include central AC, wifi and laundry facilities. You can entertain outdoors with a barbecue on the gas grill or relax with a movie on the flatscreen television inside. The party never ends in your private game room that boasts a pool table and media entertainment.
In this wood cabin, the social areas include a fully stocked kitchen and cozy fireplace, which are both located downstairs. Groups of eight people are invited to share the cabin lodge’s four bathrooms and three bedrooms. Guests can rest comfortably in the three queen-sized beds and two twin-sized beds. The cabin building itself is cozy and comfortable with all the comforts of home, but outside is just as good with plenty of activities and things to do. You might pick up some trail maps at the Hood River Ranger District or explore the Hutson House museum located in town. If you don’t feel like cooking you can order pizza at the nearby Saw Tooth Roadhouse.
After a snowfall, the mountain is transformed with Nordic and trails. You can watch a rail jam between runs at the Mt. Hood Meadows or go snow tubing at the Cooper Spur Mountain Resort.
